Coastal Living Names Coupeville Among Top Places to Live in the Country

Coastal Living, the nation’s go-to resource for a seaside inspired lifestyle, names Whidbey Island’s Coupeville among it’s 2018 Best Places to Live. The accolade appears in the January/February issue of the magazine, on newsstands today.
